Shiftology has supported me in taking my team from traditional to leading edge, leap-frogging the in-between.
At Shiftology our name says it all: we know behaviour change psychology, and specialise in converting it into super-practical learning, comms and campaigns to truly shift behaviours and beliefs.
We create learning and behaviour change, so your people, teams and business grow. We do this through:
PROJECTS
our bespoke design offer
We’ve never believed one solution fits all which is why our bespoke work is at the heart of what we do. Combining cutting edge thinking with your organisational context, our work ranges from large culture change programmes to one-off workshops. We also create solutions which can be delivered in-house without licence.
What to expect from working with us
Every solution is different, but there are five things you can always expect.
We ask ‘So what?’ A lot.
This question fuels everything we do. Interesting content? Fun exercise? Provocative question? Lovely…but what will they do to really help people - and your business - grow?
-ology (but no lectures)
We love all the -ologies. Research and science are our friends. And we are always looking for behaviour change ideas that research proves will work. But in our solutions, you’ll see that research converted into practical, easy-to-digest tips and ideas that make sense in practice.
Investment in nailing the need
We’re pretty good at getting right to the heart of the problem that needs solving (which is about as big-headed as our English roots allow us to be) and we unashamedly spend time asking the right questions and testing ideas before we start solution-ing. It's key to making shifts.
An obsession with bringing reality ‘into the room’
In our sessions and solutions you’ll see us bring real tasks and challenges in. This means people run at their real problems, cross something off their list, and begin to see the benefits before they’re even back at their desks.
A little bit of fun along the way
Because it has a huge impact and...well, why not?
